I must say that I am very disappointed in this company? They say that their trainers/coaches are their to support their new hires and from a personal perspective they did my husband dirty. Was given a trainer who was rude and didn't coach him on how to do things and had a foul mouth. And it was my husband who they let go for someone who was supposed to teach someone going out on their first time. I would really give this company a bad review and it's sad that they didn't let this other person go to my knowledge a trainer is there to teach and make sure their student is ready to succeed not watch u fail and cuss at you. 🙄🤔 . My husband has a good driving record ever and is very smart followed her rules and was driving 11 hrs ith no communication with her wasn't allowed to turn the radio one. Rules on when the ac was to be turned on in this 100 degree weather. She had him go past time ND had violations that she probably reported after his first week of driving.

I can definitely say core family values and work-life balance are not part of their agenda. Weekend dispatchers and even the safety department don't answer for hours at a time. They literally leave their drivers stranded on the side of the road. Compensation for necessary equipment, fluids, parts, etc. when something goes wrong more often than not never gets refunded, or you have to jump through hoops to get it back. They make the drivers drive empty miles between dropoffs and their yards, sometimes an hour apart. Everything you read on their website is mostly untrue junk written by someone who probably already left them from frustration.

My training here has been good. I would recommend MVT because they give you specific detail on how the trucks work and how to grab a load before we roll.

Horrible job out of Laredo and Dallas Texas. Local, 20-22 per hour, no overtime pay for any drivers, rotating 12 hr shifts, pay is under $950 per week for 48+ weekly work hours, days of sitting doing nothing for hours and untrustworthy management/dispatch.

Everyday I would wake up and call to see if there's any work available I learned that if I do not stop for 10 hours straight I can make a little bit of something working there. Dispatchers would give me hot or late loads from me since I was basically on call for the entirety of my time working there and once I got to the shippers most of the time since the load was already late I would be waiting there for hours maybe 8 hours and not get paid any detention time because it was not considered on time. The hardest part of the job was not knowing where in your next paycheck or what your next paycheck would be. The most enjoyable part of the job would have to be that you are able to get cash advances even though they charge you 10% every time.

Lack of communication from management and between management personnel. Management doesn't treat you like a person. You are just a number to them. Keys for trucks are universal so any driver can get into any truck they want too without notice and if anything is stolen the company will say they are not responsible.

They are really interested in hiring you but there's not enough work if you want to make good money. Lots of sitting around and dropping loads half way to their destinations.

RUN. This company is a joke. Everything is a trial basis bc no one knows what they’re doing. Unsafe. Equipment is horrible. Don’t even start here. Careful about applying to jobs here with jobs advertising northeast and no NJ/NY bc they have multiple recruiters posting for them with different pay.

You will be doing all the work for them and figuring it out yourself. Don’t have a breakdown. Don’t have an issue with your ELD. Don’t expect anybody to answer the phone. But expect them to be on you about fuel stops and routes taken bc they’ll charge you if you don’t obey.

Company plays games doesn’t have any loads to send u so they say just “go find trailers” tell you to communicate thru the tablet and still call you clueless, expect you to find runs or loads on your own for very low pay dispacherts are completely unavailable at night, and very unfair and unprofessional about working over time, called a meeting once scheduled for Friday that actually took 2 months to have I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY

What is the best part of working at the company? Good trucks. Only good miles until your 90 day mark then you sit and sit and sit. I do not recommend. Typically big carriers mentality. Keep hiring new drivers no matter what. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Dispatch playing games. They forget to Dispatch you and then call and ask why you haven't moved yet. They send it through right as they call you to try and catch you not looking at the tablet, like we are dumb.

Worst company ever, I was offered one rate and signed it before I arrived for orientation and at the completion of orientation I was presented a revised letter with significantly less money than offered before and at that moment I had no other choice but to sign it considering I left the job I previously had.
