Started out good, but after a couple of weeks they expected you to know your routes and customers and to speed back to the warehouse and load up fast to be out on the road again. Not enough drivers. Bottom line is They expect too much for too little pay.

Do not apply here they do not train nor promote from within. They by no means help you cultivate a long term career with them. When you ask about learning things related to your job you are told not to worry about it

Fleet pride doesn't really train employees. it more of just throws new hires into the mix and sees who sticks. If you do stick, and you end up in a long haul or shuttle delivery position, that is a pretty chill position. all other positions, in my experience, will red line you, while constantly understaffing the warehouse.

Fun job. Everyone helps everyone out. Pretty straightforward. Come in load up truck and go deliver parts. Once you come back, take a lunch and then do it again in the afternoon.
