Marrlin is the best trucking company my husband has ever worked for. My husband has worked for a lot of companies and Marrlin has treated us the best by far. My husband gets great miles as a regional driver and the dispatchers are awesome. Marrlin is all around a great company to work for.

I've been working with the company only two days they don't push runs on you they leave it up to you on how you want to run.

They have trucks Kenworth and Volvo. They were recently bought out by TNI and lost a few dispatchers. It's a fun time if you're interested in waiting on dispatches. Though, they'll work with you if You've got appointments and such
Slow dispatching tight windows for delivery. They will try to get you to drive personal conveyance when clock runs out. They give your phone number to brokers so the broker can call you with the load. Then call every 6-7 hours to check on load.
I worked there for almost 7 years. Company was bought from original owner a couple of years ago. Things changed of course but it still was a decent job. Maintenance really tried to keep equipment in good shape.
Dispatch isn't concerned with home life and will actively try to dispatch you through when you're needing home, even though it was discussed previously, then thre aten you with termination if you don't let it happen.
When I first started with the company it was a good place to work. Then new management stepped in, pay went down bounus went down took half my sign on bounus away. I was a day driver then told me your OTR now if you don't like it clean your truck out. This company was once great and now I don't recommend this place to no one.
The people here are amazing!!! Couldn't ask for a better place to work. They will work with you in any situation the pay is fair and they will have you home on the weekend.
Great place to work. Good ppl and always update equipment. The service tecs stay on top of the trucks. I had basically now truck down time. My checks were never once late. All the office ppl are as helpful as humanly possible
